Victoria Elvin has worked in the construction industry across insulation, underlays, rollforming for roofing and cladding and composite steel decking. Her roles across sales, specification and technical leadership have created a strong background in construction and technical education. She is passionate about the construction industry and serves as an Executive member for RANZ.

Patrick brings significant experience in the building and construction sector to his role with the Business Development Team, which he joined in 2023. Based in the South Island, Patrick utilises a deep understanding of the industry and a strong customer-first approach to help partners deliver high-quality, durable solutions.

With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, specialising in design, specification and business development, Paula has a strong understanding of the full building process. Drawing on her extensive industry experience and collaborative approach, Paula works closely with customers to understand and respond to their requirements, providing solutions that deliver value and support to their business.

Israel has over a decade in steel and heavy manufacturing, having worked across the entire steel supply chain – mining, ironmaking, steelmaking, reinforcing bar production & quality assurance. As the sustainability manager for NZ Steel & Pacific Steel, Israel helps create opportunities for more sustainable collaboration between steel & manufacturing, with the wider building, construction & infrastructure sectors. Israel also contributes to several industry boards & committees and chairs Metals NZ.

With over a decade across New Zealand and Pacific Steel, Revan brings deep industry experience spanning manufacturing, technical leadership, and the transition to lower-emissions steelmaking. Combining technical expertise with a solutions-focused approach, he works across the value chain to connect industry needs with practical outcomes.
