The COLORSTEEL® Home to be Proud of Promotion Terms and Conditions

1 - For the purposes of these terms and conditions: Installer means any individual or entity that installs New Zealand Steel Limited COLORSTEEL® longrun roofs or cladding in their normal course of business. Immediate Family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin. Promoter means New Zealand Steel Limited. Promotion means the COLORSTEEL® Home to be Proud Of. Purchaser means any individual or entity (including but not limited to homeowners) who purchase the installation of a New Zealand Steel Limited COLORSTEEL® longrun roof or cladding. Where the Qualifying Project is covered by an insurance claim, the claimant rather than the insurance company will be deemed to be the Purchaser. Qualifying Project means the installation of a genuine New Zealand Steel Limited COLORSTEEL® roof or cladding for a new house or to re-roof or re-clad an existing house which must be a stand-alone domestic dwelling in New Zealand with satisfactory roof pitch (for the chosen profile) according to page 13 of the Specifiers and Builders Guide (June 2010) which can be downloaded at www.nzsteel.co.nz and using the correct New Zealand Steel Limited COLORSTEEL® product for the Environmental Category in which the dwelling is located, as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Installation of rainwater goods alone, or patch ups does not consist of a Qualifying Project.
